What is FeaturePlus?
FEATUREPLUS is an easy to use telephony service, that enables users to make voice calls across any broadband connection via using either their existing phone handsets or new IP handsets. It offers reduced call costs and free site to site calls whilst enabling online access to a whole host of advanced calling features. Including integration with Microsoft Outlook contacts.

Essentially the service allows the user to retain existing telephones (including cordless handsets) which connect into either an Analogue Terminal Adaptor (ATA) for up to 2 handsets or to an Integrated Access Device (IAD) for up to 4 handsets. The existing telephone number(s) can be ported into the FeaturePlus service as required and indeed additional numbers can be assigned for each handset (1 number per handset).

Once the ATA or IAD is plugged into the broadband circuit it will allow all the devices to run simultaneous and separate calls - yes that means with an IAD you can have 4 calls running at the same time over a single broadband connection.

An easy to use Web Interface allows the user to customise the settings of FeaturePlus so that facilities like DDI and call barring can be adjusted and controlled at the click of a mouse. The feature availability is vast and each handset gets voicemail and the ability to divert calls 'externally' as well as to other extensions - you can even transfer calls internally & externally.

With the emphasis on cost control FeaturePlus will function on your existing broadband ADSL or SDSL connection and delivers the following benefits:-
